Professor Lalith De Silva delivered his keynote speech on the topic “Revitalizing the debt structure strategy of the national economy using the resilience of the built environment” at the 10th world construction symposium (WSCS 2022), held on 24th June 2022 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of all the professionals working together to overcome the hardships we face as an industry.
