Architectural Graduate

As a result of our expanded and improved studio environment, we are now looking for experienced architectural professionals.

Our well-established design team in Colombo is successfully designing and delivering projects across a range of sectors including residential, high rise residential commercial, hospitality and Institutional projects.  With an increase in number of commissioned and prospective projects requiring our attention, we are very excited about our projected future growth with many interesting and challenging design opportunities.

Accordingly, we now have several architectural graduate positions in the firm available and registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced candidates are now being accepted.

Successful candidates for these roles shall meet the following general selection criteria:

  • Degree in Architecture
  • More than one year of experience within architecture practice;
  • Proven concept design, schematic design and construction documentation skills;
  • The ability to envision and evolve concepts and effectively communicate resolved concept options and developed designs to clients, consultants and stakeholders;
  • Strong procurement skills and experience;
  • Hand drawing and CAD skills or other BIM programs;
  • The ability to competently use graphics packages such as Photoshop and InDesign (Adobe Suite) and MS-Office;
  • Business fluent English a must;
  • Effective presentation skills;
  • The ability to engender the trust and cooperation of people at all levels of organisations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
