The Ground Breaking Ceremony ICONIC Galaxy Rajagiriya
Habitat is pleased to announce that works on the limited release apartments, Iconic Galaxy Rajagirya, have commenced and are now well underway for 2017. This landmark US$50 million dollar, 33 storey project is Colombo’s newest and most luxurious. The towers feature a 7-level club, 3 rooftop levels of landscaped grounds, spa, sprawling pool and hanging gardens. This landmark project designed in collaboration with Indian architects SRDA has provided unique creative inspiration for us here at Habitat and comes fresh off the heels of developer Iconic’s latest successful project at 110 Parliament, Rajagiriya. We are excited to be shaping a new, vibrant and exciting Colombo skyline.
